Shipping process
Whatever product you choose, your order will be processed the same day.
(Note that orders received on weekends or statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.)
Delivery date
For frozen products, we use FedEx overnight courier service to major cities in Canada and USA. For Canada the shipping dates will be Monday to Thursday, for USA from Monday to Wednesday. There is no shipping service over the weekends. Due to the custom processing at the USA border, we regret that we cannot guarantee next day delivery.
For all non-perishable items we use Express Post through Canada Postal Services to locations anywhere in the world. Please see the shipping dates table below.

Overnight shipping service by FedEx is to major cities only.
Shipping in Canada will be from Monday to Thursday, no weekend shipping is available.

New rules for shipping to USA
For all orders above $200.00 US Customs and FDA (Food & Drug Administration) requires Tax ID Number (Social Security No., EIN # [Employee ID Number], Tax No., or Business No.) This is a mandatory requirement since December 12, 2003 and relates to the Bio-terrorism Act. Any packages that do not show the required information are detained at Customs. To prevent any delays or seizures at Customs it is essential to include the required information in the “Special Instructions or Order Comments” area.

Returns
As a general rule, we cannot accept any returns on perishable food products. Salmon Villages makes every effort to ensure you receive a quality product shipped as per your instructions. Should you find a problem with your order please contact us within 48 hours for perishable products, or within 7 days for non-perishable products of receipt. We will exchange or reimburse you for any flawed items or any differences between your order and/or delivery instructions and what you actually received.
