We are glad you found us. We specialize in smoked salmon and other specialty food products of Canada. We process our smoked salmon in our own plant and supply them to the customers through our retail store in downtown Vancouver as well as through mail order.

We opened our retail doors in April 1988, supplying West Coast smoked salmon to the tourists visiting Vancouver from all over the world. Since 1993, we produce smoked salmon and other salmon products in our own smoking plant, and since 1997 we started our mail order service through the Internet.

At Salmon Village, we select only the highest quality fish. These are taken to our fish smoking facility where skilled fish handlers expertly fillet the salmon in preparation for smoking. We are aware of the chemical intake of every day life in modern world and make sure that what is made from our plant has no artificial flavor, no nitrites or any artificial preservatives. All we use is natural salt, brown sugar and our original blend of wood chips, which gives our smoked products the optimum flavor. Once smoked, the fillet is vacuum packed locking in all the exquisite flavors ready for the moment the salmon is served.

In the store as well as on the Internet, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We answer your e-mail on the same day and take your calls and cheerfully answer your questions. We pack your order delicately and send goods without delay. We focus our attention to detail and make sure that customers are happy with our service. At Christmas time and other special occasion, people love to give our products to their friends and families.
