Slice your favorite French baguette; dip one side into olive oil. Add finely chopped Smoked Salmon bits into pre-mixed balsamic vinegar or Ponzu (1Tbsp), olive oil (1Tbsp), Maple Syrup (1/2 Tbsp). Scoop 1 tablespoon of this mixture on top of the sliced baguette. Bake until it's golden brown (approx. 1 min) in a toaster oven. Easy, but sophisticated looking appetizer for your party!!

Traditional Japanese appetizer, usually served with raw Tuna. Dice the smoked salmon chunk. Peel the skin off the Nagaimo or Yamaimo (Japanese yam) and quickly grate it (or put it in water with a dash of vinegar to keep the white color).
