We have three kinds of Salmon Jerky: Original, Soft Sweet and Soft Spicy.
Original Jerky is the smokiest by far. Though it is still soft for a jerky, it is the hardest of ours giving it a more complex texture.
Soft Sweet Jerky is sliced then sweetened with brown sugar and finally sprinkled with black pepper to give it a sweet spicy taste.
Soft Spicy Jerky is sliced and then spiced with black and chili peppers to give it a fiery kick.
